Youth In Action

In the summer of 2021 Sport and Social Change Network coaches supported the delivery of an accredited youth leadership programme and cross border community tournament alongside the Rio Ferdinand Foundation and Omagh and Fermanagh Council as part of the UEFA Foundation supported Youth In Action project.

Hope Hackathon

In the summer of 2021 young people and staff from the Sport and Social Change Network Ireland attended the Belfast Hackathon – a youth consultation event drawing young people together from across Northern Ireland to discuss racism and division through their own experiences.

Breaking Barriers

As a designated delivery partner for the Celtic FC Foundation, the charity arm of the iconic Glasgow based SPL club Celtic FC, the Sport and Social Change Network delivered football-based activity and workshops to tackle racism and division and build more inclusive communities on the island of Ireland.

Cage Cricket Ireland

Working in partnership with Cricket Ireland as the national governing body and with the international NGO Cage Cricket over a two-year period, our staff were trained to develop and implement a grass roots community programme built around the sport of Cage Cricket to engage young people with the sport and provide a backdrop to a wider equality and inclusion agenda in communities across Ireland.
